Am I the A-hole for wanting my friends to always help me with chores?

My roommates and I have been living together for about two years. We've made a pretty good agreement where we each take turns doing the dishes, but lately, it feels like I'm always the one putting in the work. Last week, my friend just didn't care to do their part. I got really upset because they just left it for me. I told them that it was inconsiderate, and they said they were sorry. Now, they're saying I'm being a jerk. Am I really the asshole here?
